Torrance Retreat Fall 2025

Torrance Retreat at Loch Tay, 12-14 November 2025 (Hybrid; Zoom link tba)

As usual, the aim of the Retreat in its spectacular setting at Loch Tay is to make in-depth understanding of the bible with good theology available to all in accessible language without loss of depth or content. Following up on last year's Christ and Christian education, this year’s retreat is Christ and life in Christ.

After twenty two wonderfully fruitful and congenial Retreats at Firbush, Loch Tay, we are now moving 3 miles to the Killin Hotel, at the head of the Loch, which can now offer better conditions and reasonable rates. Explore killinhotel.com for information on types of rooms, amenities, and available activities. However, please follow the instructions below to reserve a room. Do not use booking.com as they extract a commission

Room Rates:

  • Double/Twin (based on two people sharing): £110
  • Single room: £85
  • Family Rooms: £155

In addition to the room rates there will be a £10 per person price for coffee/tea throughout the conference.

When you have filled in your answers to items 2 to 4 below, you will receive a reply to your booking from Angelique (ANGEL) Hill or a colleague in Hotel Reservations Team) who will share a payment link to confirm the booking. This  “payment link” will offer full payment up front  OR ask for our bank details which will be held until used for payment 15 days before the Retreat begins. The cancellation policy of the hotel for individuals is 48 hours prior to arrival before 12 pm and the hotel has kindly kept that for us.

The total baseline price per person including conference fees and coffee/tea is about £250. Room rates cover Dinner, Bed and Breakfast per night (dinner three-course plus tea/coffee).
