The title is given here as it appears on p. 1. Letters appear from Jacques de Senarclens, Thomas F. Torrance, Glynmor John, Elwyn Smith, Wilhelm Niesel, John Macquarrie, Roland H. Bainton, and Markus Barth, with an editorial postscript. The letters are in response to "a short document entitled Suggestions for a Study of Catholicity and the Reformed Tradition which was circulated in November 1960. Subsequently, the content of this document was restated in expanded form in a pair of articles in the December, 1960, and February, 1961, issues of the Bulletin. The original document and the Bulletin articles were deliberately written to be provocative..." Summer 1961 issue. TFT's letter is found on pp. 4-8; the entire set of letters is pp. 1-16.
